Payment

Location

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking some services. All deposits go toward your appointment. Deposit is due at the time of your booking. Final amount can be paid in Cash, Tap to Pay, or Zelle.

  • Location details will be provided after your client intake form has been submitted.
  • After booking, you will receive two emails and one text message — please check your spam or junk folder for the “Booking Confirmed” email, which includes your Client Intake Forms.
  • Your appointment is not considered confirmed until your intake form and ID are received.

Grace Period // No Call No Show

  • Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your intake forms if you have not filled them out digitally beforehand.
  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving after this window will incur an additional $10 late fee, and you may not receive the full service.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled.
  • No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file.
  • By booking, you authorize The Medi Esthi Bestie to charge your card on file for the full amount of the scheduled service in the event of a no-show.

Cancellation

  • The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule using the same deposit.

Menstrual Policy

Menstruation can be untimely and a hassle — we completely understand! You’re still welcome to receive general waxing services while on your cycle. However, for intimate services such as Brazilians or vajacials, we kindly ask that you reschedule due to lack of restroom availability.

Please communicate in a timely manner prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule — no penalty, stress, or hassle!

Extra Guests

Menstrual Policy

Extra guests are not allowed unless your service is tied to a promotion. Children are not permitted in the spa.

Restrooms

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Due to the spa location, there are no public restrooms. Only a private changing room is available. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconveniences, delays, and disruptions to your service.

Before Your Appointment Checklist

Pre-Wax Prep

  1. I have received my booking confirmation text and email.
  2. I have submitted my client intake form.
  3. I have received the location of the spa.
  4. My hair is as long as a grain of rice. (Please do not trim your hair before your appointment).
  5. I'm hydrated: Hydrating 24-48 Hours before your appointment can help with skin elasticity, wax adhesion, and reduce skin irritation.
  6. I have exfoliated the area to be waxed 24-48 hours prior to my appointment: Cleaning & Exfoliating the area before an appointment can aid in wax adhesion, reduce irritation, and promote a smoother finish.
  7. I have no freshly applied lotion, deodorant, or oils on the area to be waxed.
